REFUND POLICY
At Surbhi Seva Dham Ramdham Kherapa ("we", "us", "our"), we deeply appreciate every contribution made by our donors and supporters. Donations are critical to our ongoing efforts in cow protection, welfare initiatives, and maintenance of the Gaushala. We encourage all donors to carefully consider their donation before proceeding.
As a general policy, donations once made are non-refundable. This is because donations are immediately allocated towards project activities, welfare initiatives, and operational expenses to serve Gau Mata and maintain our facilities. However, if you believe that a transaction was made in error or if there are exceptional circumstances, we request you to contact us within 7 days of the donation.
Refund requests must be made in writing to our official email address, stating the reason for the refund, transaction details, and proof of payment. Upon reviewing the request, if the refund is deemed valid and appropriate, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 15 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if sufficient reasons are not provided or if the funds have already been utilized for the intended charitable purposes. Any administrative charges or bank fees associated with refund processing will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation of recurring donations can be requested by contacting us directly before the next scheduled transaction. We ensure donors retain full control over any ongoing financial support.
